  11.   The idea for Red Again is based on the Red Riding Hood Cartoons done
  12. by the MGM studios circa 1943--1948. These were directed by the brilliant
  13. Tex Avery.

  15.   First to business..."Red Again" is freely distributable provided
  16. the following conditions are met:
  17.     1) All files, including this readme file, are present in distribution.
  18.     2) No charge be made for distribution of this cartoon.
  19.     3) This animation is copyright 1991 Robert A. Corns. By no means
  20.        should you pass this off as your own work.

  22.    This cartoon is fairly large. It runs with no problem on my 4.5 Meg
  23. system, but I know it will not run on a 1.5 Meg machine. It should
  24. work with 2 or 2.5 Megs free (though I haven't tested this claim).
  25. It expects to find its files on volumes RedRidingHood1: and RedRidingHood2:
  26. so hard drive users will have to make the appropriate assigns.

  28.    I used Disney's "The Animation Studio" to do all the animation in
  29. about 3 weeks (oh well, there went my vacation ;-). Deluxe Paint II
  30. was used to colour in the line drawings created in the animation studio.
  31. The dialog was recorded using Perfect Sound and the whole production
  32. was assembled with Moviesetter. Actually the toughest part was convincing 
  33. friends to do the voices.
